Ms Yap, who owns Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont in the affluent western suburbs of Perth, was awarded ‘Top Team by Value Sold’ at the REIWA awards over the weekend.
She has won this industry award consistently over the last decade.
Ms Yap said she was very fortunate to have such a fantastic team along with the White family’s unwavering support too.
“The family has always believed in me and I am so grateful. With all this support, how can we not remain consistently at the top of our game for the tenth year?”

More than 900 real estate professionals attended the REIWA event, which was held at Crown Perth.
Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman said he was proud of everyone’s efforts throughout 2022/23.

REIWA CEO Cath Hart said the awards honoured the state’s best performing agents and agencies across residential and commercial sales and leasing for the 2022-23 financial year.
